Returns
You may return your Somnisound product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within [number] days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
